Do not be surprised – our food supplements have a neutral taste because they do not contain flavors or sweeteners.Direction for use: As magnesium citrate is characterised by a better assimilation, the recommended daily dose for adults is 1/2 of the packaging, for children of the age of 6 to 12 – 1/3 of the packaging after meal. Pour (200-300ml) of water, milk or juice into a glass, add the powder to the liquid, mix well and drink according to the indicated dosage.
