DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Adults: 1 teaspoon a day, in case of greater demand: 2 teaspoons a day; children from 6-12: 1/2 teaspoon a day. Add a flat teaspoon of powder to a glass with a fluid and mix. Drink one solution a day during (or after) a meal. For children 6-12 prepare a solution with 1/2 teaspoon. One bottle is enough for one month. Recommended application for 3 months. For different doses consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Caution: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The preparation must not be used as a substitute/ replacement of a varied diet. A diversified diet and healthy lifestyle are important for health. Store in a dry place out of the reach of children at temperature below 30°C. Protect against humidity. Do not use after the expiry date which is stated on the package.
