POSTAGE PACKAGING & DELIVERY

The delivery costs 4 euro per order. For orders above 50 euro we offer free shipping.

.The delivery time for orders from European countries is 3-8 days, for USA 7-10 days, for all other orders 8-20 days.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

If you receive damaged or defective goods from us we will offer you a full refund or replacement, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

You should return the goods within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please provide a copy of the delivery note and invoice. We will reimburse the cost of postage and packing, unless you request a replacement item. If you request a replacement for returned items you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any opened product.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at sales@bio-farmacia.com. Please quote your order ID.
Under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us, in writing, from the time of ordering until 60 days after receipt of the items. We will happily refund unwanted items provided they are in a fully resaleable condition. If they are not returned in a fully resaleble condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items.
We will reimburse the delivery cost of sending the items to you if they are simply unwanted.
